Pick up from bole international airport on December 07th, 2018 at 6; 50am and drive to Langano via DebreZeyit and Ziway. En route it’s possible to see one or two Lakes at DebreZeyit, drive to Meki and then proceed to Ziway.

Lake Ziway is the largest of the northern group of Rift Valley Lakes. It lies about 1.5 km east of the town of Ziway, it is best known for its bird life. Leave Ziway and continue to Lake Langano.
Relax by Langano’s fresh breath taking atmosphere. Lake Langano is bilharzia and crocodile free, and visitors can go for a swim, walk along the shores of the lake or go bird watching in the forests along the lake shores.

After breakfast visit Lake Abiata and Shalla, it is an enormous lake with enormous numbers of birds. Spend the morning enjoying this spectacle of color, and looking carefully amongst the flamingoes, pelicans, cormorants, storks, herons and waders for unusual vagrants in the distance, to the east and west, loom the great walls of the Rift valley.

Abiata Shala national Park holds two huge soda lakes .This place is spectacular with flamingos and hordes of shorebirds greater and lesser flamingos, kori bustard, Abyssinian ground hornbill and some uncommon species including pacific Golden –plover and Collared Pratincoles habits the surrounding of the park.
